Originally from Japan and now based in Los Angeles, I’ve spent my career helping businesses succeed across a wide range of industries.

I began in the fashion and beauty sectors, managing sales, buying, and marketing for retail and wholesale clients. I learned early how important it is to truly understand what drives customer value — and how to turn that into business growth.

Later, I moved into commercial real estate, where I worked extensively with service-based and professional services tenants — performing business assessments, managing tenant placement, and consulting on cash flow investment and financial stability. I also became involved in business asset sales, where I saw firsthand why so many businesses fail to sell — and what makes a business truly valuable to a buyer.

Through this experience, I developed a deep understanding of both the art of building revenue and the science of building transferable value — lessons I bring to every client engagement today.
